What is meant by being successful?
In my opinion if you manage derive happiness from whatever you do then success will not only follow you, it will run after you.
How will you derive happiness from your work.
First if you complete the work with full concentration it provides you with happiness and satisfaction. Then absolute honesty is required. You should not be dishonest to either to yourself or for some other person. You will see that this will give you immense joy and satisfaction.
This will also result in good health and more capacity to work
If people come to know that you are honest, reliable and competent,definitely you will get your market price.
On the contrary if you let your mind wander on the price or how much you will get that will spoil your work and spoil your market price also.
This results in stress and all the resultant diseases.

Do anything successfully
Sachin Tendulkar is the greatest cricketer next only to the great Don Bradman.Amitabh Bachchan is the greatest superstar of India. Now Rajnikant is breathing down his neck or might have overtaken him. What is the secret of their success? Can you achieve the same success in whatever you do? If you ask me my answer will be why not?
Their is a secret behind the tales of their success. Have you found a common thread behind each of their success? I do and I am going to tell you here and now.
The secret is they have learnt to enjoy whatever they do. Sachin enjoys scoring runs in tons. Amitabh enjoys his acting. Rajni created a weapon for enjoyment while doing the job to avoid the monotony. He started showing different styles. He enjoyed showing styles on screen. This enjoyment passes on to the viewers who see his movies. The energy it created on screen has superceded the other drawbacks he may be
having which might have stopped any other human being from achieve any sort of success, leave alone the stupendous success he achieved.
Some days back I met a cardiologist who had just returned from a gruelling 6 hours surgery. He was looking fresh. When asked about his freshness after the day's hard work, he revealed " I enjoy my work. I enjoy saving lives. This profession is god's gift to me".
If we do our work with the same passion as Amitabh does we will succeed. In stead of thinking "What a bore. We have to do this? When will it end?" if we do it creatively, the positive enrgy will evolve around you. All the unknown powers will work to lead you to ultimat success. You can innovate like Rajni and improve your work.
